Before I start any project I like to go through a process to understand your business, your customers and your overall goals. Whether I am building a new website or redesigning an existing one, I follow the same process.

STAGE 2 - FIRST DESIGN STAGE

At this stage I start the wire framing (where things will go on your website) and get to work on the structure of your website. During this planning stage you will be kept up to date with how the project is progressing.

STAGE 3 - WORDPRESS DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

This is the exciting stage! Your website will come alive as I build and customise your website from the design process to the digital one. 

STAGE 4 - WEBSITE REVIEW & LAUNCH

Once your website has been built you can review the site and request any necessary changes. Once complete we can launch your website for all to see! I offer hosting and maintenance plans to keep your website up to date.

My website hosting is extremely secure giving you the confidence you need.

If something goes wrong with your website, I will undertake a full investigation to establish the cause of the issue. If the issue has been caused by my work on your site, I will fix this as soon as possible. If the issue has been caused by any third party,I will inform the client of this and work out the best way forward.

I normally offer a one-month rolling contract unless otherwise requested by the client.

I am a web designer in Whitstable however I offer my services throughout Kent and the UK.
