My website hosting is extremely secure giving you the confidence you need.

If something goes wrong with your website, I will undertake a full investigation to establish the cause of the issue. If the issue has been caused by my work on your site, I will fix this as soon as possible. If the issue has been caused by any third party,I will inform the client of this and work out the best way forward.

I normally offer a one-month rolling contract unless otherwise requested by the client.

There are no cancellation fees. You can rest assured that your website is safe with us. We offer a monthly care plan without any questions asked, and you’ll have complete freedom to pull out. 

My maintenance plan is not mandatory for clients but I highly recommend it because of the importance and consequences that come with leaving your website un-maintained. This care package includes updates, backups as well as other security services.

If you choose not to sign up for our care plan then remember that all responsibility lies upon you. My LIABILITY CLAUSE releases me from any involvement should your website be breached, hacked or perform slowly because of lack of optimisation and care. 

 

You can join my plan and let me take care of getting the hack cleaned up. There is a £375 website cleaning and set-up fee.

All depending on the type of hack and how long the website has been compromised, SEO rankings may take a few weeks or sometimes months to resolve. Some hacks may also need additional work in order for the site to recover fully.

Please note: I can’t fix hacks unless the site has been added to one of my care plans.
